  BBC's Podcast Trial Passes with Flying Colors!!
Well, the BBC's seven week podcast trial has come and gone and guess what?

They learned what we already knew!! (typical)

"These figures illustrate the public's appetite for radio on demand,' said Simon Nelson, controller of BBC Radio and Music Interactive. 'We're delighted to offer new ways of listening that complement other, increasingly popular technologies like DAB digital radio and digital television."

Okay, ok... I won't be hard on the Brits, I am just happy that their trial ran successfully. How successfully you ask?

"Bragg's In Our Time was downloaded on average 30,000 times each week. Total downloads exceeded 100,000 per week."

Score one point for Podcast Lovers everywhere...

Hopefully the BBC will take this knowledge and leap into the Podcasting world whole-heartedly!
