Glad you asked! 'WE' are a group of co-workers who love everything there is to love about Podcasting and wanted to get more involved.

Originally we developed our own podcast... But after 4 episodes we ran out of witty things to say. Not that it mattered anyway as there had been fewer than 10 downloads in that time (all of which were family and friends which doesn't really count). So we decided to hang up our mic's (for now) and try to help out the community in another way.

Fortunately we are a little more prepared for this approach as we all work at the same internet company and this is the sort of thing that we already do for a living (the day jobs).

Hey, glad you asked again! (You are really good at this question thing by the way!)

Well, I could go on and tell you all about what we do to pay our mortgages; how we help marketers and other online businesses run their ecommerce sites... But those are the dry reasons...

Let's just say we are a collective of computer geeks that think podcasting is the coolest thing since the Ham Radio. Oh, when I was in University, a bunch of my friends installed CB's in our cars and that was pretty cool too... but nothing like the power of PodCasting!

"Ever heard of Praxis?"

Well, like Blogs, PodCasting is a disruptive technology (that sounds like a bad thing, but that's just the term - it is disruptive because it has the power to change the way society acts) that lets the masses essentially put their money where their mouths are! So PodCasting is a type of Praxis (Praxis is essentially a usually difficult activity by which individuals create culture and society)

This really is a powerful tool that is just in its infancy; and we predict that one day, what we currently know as PodCasting, will be a powerful communications (and probably commercial) tool.

In the meantime, there are a lot of cool shows out there, that a lot of cool & creative people have spend their time putting together, and we wanted to do our part to organize and supply a home for all of their hard work!

We look forward to many improvements and innovations in the PodCasting world and this site will keep on growing to provide you with the best resources possible to make it easy to get what you want out of the coolest new thing on the web!
